DELIVERY
As you probably know by now, delivery of ammunition orders is taking longer than in the past. Some .223 and .40 caliber loads can take 6-9 months to ship! This is an industry wide problem and not just limited to our suppliers. We encourage you to plan ahead-Think six months in advance.

PRICING
Departmental pricing provided by Gulf States on bids and special price sheets is based on negotiated cost and free freight from the factory to the department. However, our cost for the ammunition that we order for our warehouse is not fixed. Therefore, ammunition shipped from stock will cost more due to additional cost and freight.

PARTIAL SHIPMENTS/PARTIAL PAYMENTS
Orders with more than one line item or large-quantity orders can present even more of a delivery problem. Why? The factory will not ship an order until it can ship complete. Therefore, a "problem load" could hold up your entire order unless we have written verification that your finance department will pay partial-shipment invoices.
